what's going on?

apologies in advance for the photo heavy post! this is a little insight into my life at the moment.

excuse how TERRIBLE the photos have been laid out - I can't master HTML for the life of me.

so this is my past few weeks on my phone's camera.

  • Me and Charlie at Shoosh in Croydon - everyone was drunk bar me, yet I still managed to dance like a fool and act my usual mental self!
  • THE SNOW! the shocking snow that swept the country - yeah right (!)
  • The uber cute stuffed vegetables from Ikea.
  • A gorgeous Lemon/berry cupcake from Johnnie Cupcakes
  • My amazing prawn, salad and wedges covered in herbs, pepper and parmasan dinner.
  • My beautiful boyfriend and his gorgeous smile.
  • Me and my Snoopy stuffed toy that Jon got me for Christmas.
  • Me debuting my new FRINGE with my lovely friend Alicia. I decided to take the plunge after having a horrible night where I cut most of my hair off into a jaggedy fringe - so I panicked and went to the hairdressers where she turned it into a full fringe for free! got to love her.

and that's about it with me! As of today (Thursday) after a horrible few weeks of being at home and sad, I've had news that I'm going back to work! AND I got paid a hefty amount for not being there. How wonderful is that? Im so excited to go back and to be doing something with my life - for the next few months anyway!

Before I go - I thought I'd indulge you in a few songs I've been listening to at the moment - one's new and three are not so new.

I've had this song in my head since I went out on Saturday night. The place went crazy when the beat dropped and I remember just feeling so , so happy. Music does that to me.

Obviously the passing of Whitney Houston was horrible. As a massive Whitney fan I've been listening to her albums non stop since Sunday! We heard whilst we were out and actually laughed that the DJ played Bobby Brown as soon as we'd heard...awkward!

I think this shows how varied my music taste is lolz. I used to love this song - I remember dancing around in Halls to this before we went out and requesting it EVERY single time we went out.

My mum often shouts up - "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LISTENING TO?!" I absolutely love David Lynch and this song at the end of Twin Peaks the series is absolutely wonderful. Creepy, sensual and beautiful.

and that's it from me folks, how are you all? any blog post ideas?
